An employer is seeking a full-time pharmacist to work in a pharmacy in Westmoreland

Applicants must :

* Be a paid-up PSJ member

*Be a fully registered pharmacist with a valid license to practice by the Pharmacy Council of

Jamaica

* Have a B.S.c diploma/degree in Pharmacy by an accredited University of Jamaica

* Dispense and review prescriptions to ensure accuracy, and compliance with professional and

Jamaican regulatory requirements.

* Ability to manage pharmaceutical inventory and maintain records and prepare reports

* Be willing to work flexible hours including public holidays, weekends, and evenings

* Educate patient on medication use, storage, and side effects.

* Have at least 2 years' experience.

* Have excellent customer service and management skills

* Be adaptable to new learning

* Ensure that pharmacy standards are met

Qualifications and Experience:

 Be a fully registered pharmacist with a valid license to practice by the Pharmacy Council

of Jamaica.

 Dispense and review prescriptions to ensure accuracy and compliance with professional

and Jamaican regulatory requirements.

 Have excellent communication, detail-oriented, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

 Have excellent management skills including inventory management, expertise in

attracting and maintaining repeat customers

 Exercise a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
